Pokanoket Wampanoag Tribal Forums

These forums will allow members to communicate with each other regarding stories, traditions,  our heritage, talk about and plan for activities, share our interests, talk about other related topics, and even allow an avenue for off topic discussions.

The forums are broken down into a general public section, non tribal member Native American section, tribal member section, and a Leader and Council of Seven section.  These different forum areas will allow private access to the above listed areas by the appropriate groups, who have only been authorized with the proper security levels.

The forums will also allow the tribe to vote on any and all necessary issues or subjects of importance, related to tribal business.  This voting option will be useful to allow members who aren't able to attend meetings to not only vote, but to allow tribal members to read the tribal meeting minutes and be kept up to date on current events within the tribe.  Only one vote will be counted per authorized tribal voter, per topic.

These forums can only be accessed through an appropriate user name, as explained on the forum's "HOW DO I DO...?" section  and password, making them a secure forum.

All people from all walks of life are welcome to sign up for an account to the forums, whether or not you're Native American or even if you're not of the Pokanoket Wampanoag tribe.  We look forward to communicating with you through this media format and together we may be able to learn from each other as we travel life's path set before us by God, the Great Creator.
