We're a registered Non-Profit Organization incorporated in the state of Rhode Island as the Council of Seven / Royal House of Pokanoket / Pokanoket Tribe / Wampanoag Nation, also known as The Council of Seven, and we are also recognized under the IRS 501(c)(3) guidelines.  The Council of Seven is the governing body of the Royal House of the Pokanoket Tribe, which has existed in Southern New England for thousands of years and today consists of approximately four hundred members.
